Hank and Terri Doktorski: 24th Constabulary Squadron
In April 1951, Hank was drafted into the United States army and completed six weeks basic training in the 60th Infantry Regiment at Fort Dix, New Jersey.
Hank’s parents were proud of their son (Fort Dix: May 1951).
After basic training, Hank completed a 12-week course in radio at the 10th Field Artillery. This photo is from graduation day at radio school (Fort Dix: September 8, 1951). From left to right: O’Brien, Green, Fimano, Atkinson, and Doktorski.
After graduating from radio school, Hank was transferred overseas to Germany.
