Henry Performs in AGO Virtual Bachathon Concert
Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 4 pm: Henry played the 1989 Schlicker two-manual and pedal organ at House of Prayer Lutheran Church in Escondido, California, during the American Guild of Organists Palomar Chapter’s first Virtual Bachathon Concert. A zoom reception followed the concert.
Henry said, “I am honored to have been invited to perform with my esteemed and distinguished friends and AGO colleagues on this Bachathon concert organized, recorded and edited by Dr. Emma Whitten (who also videotaped me performing on the House of Prayer 1989 Schlicker organ in Escondido, California). J. S. Bach is such a special composer and organist and all of classical music is indebted to him for his genius.”
