Henry Performs at AGO September Recital

Henry performs four short pieces from Pere Pingre’s Organ Book Of Anonymous 18th century French Composers.

September 13, 2025: Henry performed on organ—along with seven other organists and a clarinetist—during a concert (billed as an Open Organ Get Together) at House of Prayer Lutheran Church in Escondido, California, hosted by the American Guild of Organists Palomar Chapter. Henry served as master of ceremonies, and introduced the church’s 1989 two-manual and pedal Schlicker organ. Henry then performed four short pieces from Pere Pingre’s Organ Book Of Anonymous 18thFrench Composers.

Other performers included organists Cheryl Holzer, Aleethia Sun, Santiago Hent, Paul Carmona, Carol Graham, Kimberly Bedell, Michael Munson, and clarinetist Rebecca Pilchowski.

About 25 people attended, including four members of House of Prayer Lutheran Church. The recital, billed as an “Open Organ Event,” concluded with a pizza and soft drink party in the church’s social hall.
